Dear Rheostatics, your scheduling sucks

So the Rheostatics are playing the Starlight on Feb 14th. Hmm, is that Valentine's Day? Yes? Does jessicasays like the Rheostatics, no, not really. The last time I recall them coming to K-W it was our 2 year anniversary that day. (Not to say we can't enjoy a concert on our anniversary.)

Also, the Starlight needs to update their website. They also need to book Neko Case and the Sadies in, as apparently they're playing Lee's Palace in April so they might come to K-W. The Sadies are playing the Starlight on Feb 18th by themselves, but really I want to see Neko Case.

Couple of more music type things. U2 have their 5th #1 single in the UK. It's umm, interesting. Also listened to this (iTunes URL) last night. Also a different take on things...

Just earlier today I was complaining that the Starlight needs to update their website, and then *poof* updated website! Of course it's nearly unreadable, and has no info I wasn't able to find out through other sources, but hey, at least they are listening to my LJ, or at least that's what I tell myself.
