They devalued the Turkish Lira. I'm watching the Amazing Race and wanted to know how much the eight million Turkish Lira that a team has begged for was worth, and entered it into a currency converter. Boy was I shocked to see that it was worth over five million USD! Turns out that's new Lira, and the eight million old Lira is worth like $5 something...
