Neither of these are intended to replace Diet Coke as far as I know. The one on the left is apparently a zero-calorie Coca-Cola, where as the one on the right is the newest addition to the Diet Coke family, which includes also includes Diet Coke, caffeine-free Diet Coke, Diet Coke with Lime, Diet Coke with Lemon, Diet Cherry Coke, and Diet Vanilla Coke.
