I'm up early, again!
Apr. 16th, 2004 05:40 amYes, I'm awake much to early again, but I went to bed around 9:30 or 10 last night, so hopefully it won't be that bad.
I got to visit the factory yesterday. I'm glad to see that it's not a human rights nightmare. I mean, it's manufacturing work, so I'm sure some of it can be quite repetitive, but it was well run, and interesting to see how the products get assembled.
I also got to have some durian at dinner last night. Fortunately it was in a deep fried dumpling, so I didn't have to smell it, just got to eat it. Quite delicious. And now I can say I've had some durian.
Anyways, today I return to Hong Kong, and then tomorrow it's a trip to Hong Kong International Airport followed by 15 hours in the air.
