From the Fiesta Barbeques Canada FAQ page:

8. SHOULD I HAVE PARTS LEFT OVER AFTER I HAVE FINISHED ASSEMBLING MY BARBEQUE?

You should have absolutely NO parts leftover. However, there may be some hardware left over such as a bolt, wing nut or a spring clip.
